Die Geschichte handelt von Amatsuki Meguru, einem Mädchen, das danach strebt, eine Heldin der Gerechtigkeit zu werden und Kisaragi Sumire, die aus dem strengen Hause der Kisaragis kommt. Beide Mädchen sind im dritten Jahr der Mittelschule und bekommen eines Tages vom mysteriösen Igel Miruku-chan Aufträge, um gegen das Böse zu kämpfen. Für den Kampf verwandeln sich beide in die Twin Angels. Meguru ist eine Frohnatur, doch manchmal zu forsch. Sumire auf der anderen Seite ist es nicht gewohnt, unter Menschen zu sein. Trotz der Unterschiede fangen beide langsam an, sich näher zu kommen.
