Zaizen Jotaro wird eigentlich schon seit drei Jahren von der CIA für tot gehalten, aber wie es nun mal so schön heißt: Totgeglaubte leben länger. Zaizen Jotaro ist ein Held, denn er kämpft gegen staatliche Korruption mit der Hilfe einer speziellen Karte, die ihm unendliche Geldressourcen gewährt. Aber nicht nur das, die Karte gewährt ihm außerdem auch den Zugriff auf zum Beispiel SWAT-Teams oder andere nützliche Dinge. Natürlich ist eine Portion Glück in der Karte mit inbegriffen.
