Shougo Yahagi befindet sich wieder mal auf der Flucht vor dem Militär und der Polizei. Er wird wegen Mordes gesucht, doch er ist unschuldig. Diesmal schlägt er sich allerdings nicht alleine durch die Straßen: Zusammen mit der künstlichen Intelligenz EVE und einer Gang von wilden Bikern nimmt er den Kampf gegen seine Widersacher auf.
