Im Jahr 2131 liegt die Welt in Trümmern. Die junge Kriegerin Deunan kämpft noch immer in den Ruinen, als sie plötzlich von ihrem früheren Freund Briareos entführt und in die futuristische Metropole Olympus verschleppt wird. Als sie erwacht, findet sie sich in einer Gesellschaft wieder, in der Menschen und Bioroids, genetische veränderte Klone, zusammenleben. Auch ihr früherer Freund Briareos hat sich verändert, da seine Körperteile durch Roboterteile ersetzt wurden. Von Hitomi, einer Bioroid, wird sie in die Abläufe der Stadt eingeweiht. Aber sie steht dieser »perfekten« Gesellschaft sehr skeptisch gegenüber, nicht zu unrecht. Die 7 Ältesten, die zusammen mit GAIA, einem Supercomputer, die Regierung stellen, scheinen doch nicht so edle Absichten zu verfolgen.

Bajo la estricta guía de un superordenador, los últimos supervivientes de la humanidad disfrutan de una paz idílica… pero sólo en apariencia. Terroristas humanos dentro de las fuerzas militares buscan un regreso al poder y chocan de frente con las fuerzas ESWAT lideradas por la legendaria soldado Deunan Knute y su novio cyborg 75% máquina. Deunan tendrá que hacer frente a su pasado y sobreponerse al presente en una batalla sin tregua con el futuro de la humanidad en juego.
