Timefighters (1975)

Dr. Keida has successfully invented a time machine called Time Bokan. To prove to his lab assistants that it works, he uses himself as the guinea pig. The test run was a success as it traveled through time and space within a matter of minutes. When Time Bokan returns to it’s original spot, the lab assistants were surprised to have discovered that the doctor was no where to be found inside the time machine’s cockpit. Only a talking parrot and a diamond were found. The lab assistants Tanpei & Junko use Time Bokan to help them find the missing doctor who’s lost somewhere in time.

Dr. Kieda, ein etwas verrückter aber intelligenter Wissenschaftler, hat es geschafft Zeitmaschinen in Insektenform namens »Time Bokan« zu erfinden. Um die Effizienz und Sicherheit der Maschine zu beweisen, stellt er sich selbst als Versuchsobjekt zur Verfügung. Als die Maschine zurückkehrt, ist von ihm keine Spur, nur ein sprechender Papagei und ein großer Edelstein, der anscheinend das stärkste und wertvollste Juwel der Welt ist, sind an Bord der Maschine. Nun liegt es an einer Gruppe Forscher, geführt von Dr. Kiedas Assistent Tanpei, durch die Zeit zu reisen, um Dr. Kieda zu finden …

Dr. Kieda, un científico algo loco pero inteligente, ha conseguido inventar máquinas del tiempo en forma de insecto llamadas «Time Bokan». Para demostrar la eficacia y la seguridad de la máquina, se ofrece a sí mismo como sujeto de prueba. Cuando la máquina regresa, no hay rastro de él. Sólo un loro que habla y una gema grande, que aparentemente es la joya más fuerte y valiosa del mundo, están a bordo de la máquina.
