Nachdem sich der Postangestellte Masahiko Gondahara in die Angestellte Akina Nakanomi verliebt hat, versucht er, in ihre Nähe zu kommen, und bittet daher seinen Freund Yoshiko Nonomura um Unterstützung. Als es endlich zu einem Treffen kommt, bringt Akina auch ihre Freundin Hiroko Yakumara mit.
