Der Morgen beginnt damit, dass Sanko, der faule Fischhändler lieber in Ruhe dösen will anstatt wichtigen Dingen nachzugehen. Dann erscheint aber sein Freund Kuma, der ihm eine Karte zeigt, auf der der Standort eines gesunkenen Schiffes abgebildet sein soll. Da Kuma körperlich nicht in der Lage ist, den Schatz selbst zu heben, fragt er Sanko, ob sein Freund das für ihn übernehmen könnte. Den Schatz wollen die beiden sich dann teilen, also fährt Sanko los, um den Schatz zu bergen. Doch was ihn dort erwartet, übertrifft all seine Vorstellungen …
