Description

Still working as part of the Project D driving team, Takumi Fujiwara and Keisuke Takahashi continue to challenge courses and teams in the Kanagawa Prefecture. Meanwhile, a young golf phenom catches Takumi’s eye, and Ryousuke Takahashi settles a score from his past.

Takumi Fujiwara feilt mit dem GC8 seines Vaters an einer neuen Fahrtechnik, die er sich bei Toshiya Joushima, einem seiner letzten Gegner, abgeschaut hat. Währenddessen verbreitet sich das Gerücht, dass Takumi und Keisuke Takahashi, die beiden Top-Fahrer des »Project D«, auf der Rennstrecke in Saitama gesichtet worden seien. Da sich jedoch Takumis AE86 derzeit in der Werkstatt befindet, um ein Upgrade zu erhalten, und weder er noch Keisuke Rennen fahren, die nicht dem Project D Terminplan entsprechen, werden er und seine Freunde von den Akina Speed Stars misstrauisch.
