Der böse Dr. Butler will das Verhalten der Menschheit mithilfe seines Super-Computers kontrollieren. Durch Anwendung der „Ultra Energy“ hat er entdeckt, dass er die Welt ins Chaos stürzen kann. Als immer mehr Länder unter den Einfluss seines bösen Genies geraten, wird auf einem Weltgipfel eine Gefangennahme beschlossen. Dr. Kim, Sheila und Keith werden mit dieser Mission betraut und stehen damit vor einem großen Problem. Unsere Helden betreten eine fremde, tödliche, elektronische Welt und müssen das „Death Game“ spielen.
