Blurb:
The squirrels, hedgehogs, ducks, crows, mice, eagleas, weasels and all other animals of an imaginary world realise that in order to live and prosper, it would be unwise to live as humans do. They therefore keep strict controls on any form of aggression, but by doing so, end up mimicking the gravest of human errors - the one humans have done centuries and tragically continue to repeat - WAR!!!

As of 2013 32 episodes have been produced by Studio SEK.
26 episodes have been licensed by Mondo TV for western markets.

Squirrel and Hedgehog ist eine nordkoranische Kinderserie, die zu Propagandazwecken produziert wird. Die verschiedenen Tierarten verkörpern Soldaten verschiedener Nationen.
Trotz der Laufzeit von mehreren Jahrzehnten kommt die Serie bislang (2013) auf lediglich 32 Episoden, wobei die Produktion der Serie offenbar noch weiter läuft. Im Laufe der Jahre hielten bei der Serie auch bessere Animationen und später auch Computertechnik Einzug.

Squirrel and Hedgehog es una serie infantil norcoreana producida con motivos propagandísticos. Las distintas especies de animales encarnan a soldados de diferentes naciones.
A pesar de llevar varias décadas en antena, la serie sólo cuenta con 32 episodios hasta ahora (2013), y al parecer la producción de la serie sigue en marcha. A lo largo de los años, la serie también ha visto la introducción de una mejor animación y más tarde, de la tecnología informática.
