Jingi ist der Anführer einer Motorrad-Gang, in der auch Shougo ein Mitglied ist. Die Straßen unsicher machen oder sich mit anderen Gangs anzulegen liegt in Jingis Natur. Er behauptet gerne Ideale wie Tugend, Gerechtigkeit und Vertrauen seien ihm wichtig, aber die Worte sind eher Schall und Rauch. Jingi versucht mit der Entführung von Ayako Rokumeikan zu Geld zu kommen, damit ist er in den Augen von Shougo ein Verräter seiner eigenen Ideale.
