Lin Ho Chen ist der Boss der »Hong Kong Mafia« und befindet sich zur Zeit in Japan. Zusammen mit seinem kleinen Bruder Lin-2 versucht er Drogen (Heroin) zu schmuggeln. Detektiv Asakura ist hinter ihm her, weil er für den schmerzlichen Verlust von dessen Frau und Tochter verantwortlich ist. Lin Ho Chen wurde verdächtigt beide ermordet zu haben, aber aufgrund lückenhafter Beweise wieder auf freien Fuß gelassen. Bei Lin-2 ist er untergetaucht, aber hat Asakura stets im Blickfeld.
