Tomiko Sakura ist die Schulleiterin der Seioh-Highschool und war früher selbst einmal die Präsidentin des Schülerrats an der Schule, weshalb sie sich sehr mit Seioh und deren Traditionen verbunden fühlt. Umso trauriger macht es sie mit ansehen zu müssen wie die Schülerzahlen immer weiter abnehmen und die verbleibenden Schüler anscheinend jegliche Motivation und Freude, aktiv am Schulleben teilzunehmen, verloren haben. Als Manami dem Rat beitritt ist sie zwar erst skeptisch, wird aber bereits nach kurzer Zeit von ihrem Elan überzeugt und gewinnt neue Hoffnung das sich vielleicht doch noch etwas an der Lage der Schule ändern kann.
