Miyuki ist Juns Ehefrau und gleichzeitig seine Assistentin in seiner Tätigkeit als Mangaka. Diese Arbeit verrichtete sie auch schon, bevor sie sich dazu entschlossen, sich das Ja-Wort zu geben. Die beiden befinden sich in einem permanenten Flitterwochen-Zustand und verhalten sich immer noch wie zwei frisch Verliebte. Das äußert sich u.a. in der Angewohnheit, einander ausschließlich mit Kosenamen anzusprechen: sie nennt ihn »Darling« und er sie »Honey«.

Bei Juns Arbeit sind sie ein eingespieltes Team: Miyuki ist Juns Muse, die ihn zu seinen Geschichten inspiriert und außerdem schafft er es nur mit ihrer Hilfe, sich in den Zustand des Hyper Erection Mode zu versetzen, der es ihm ermöglicht, mit übermenschlicher Geschwindigkeit zu zeichnen. Eifersucht scheint Miyuki im übrigen nicht zu kennen und es stört sie auch nicht, wenn ihr Mann andere Frauen ansieht oder sogar noch weiter geht. Sie begegnet jedem mit der gleichen Freundlichkeit und Fürsorge, weil sie ihrem Jun hundertprozentig vertraut.
