Dieser Obdachlose ist so gesehen ein direkter Nachbar von Randal Oland und lebt ebenfalls in der Nähe der Brücke, die sich Randal als Schlafplatz auserkoren hat. Zusammen mit seinem Kumpel, ebenfalls ein Obdachloser, beschwert er sich über die derzeitige Lage im Land und vor allem in der Stadt, da es sich immer noch in einem miserablen Zustand befindet, es weder Arbeit noch eine Behausung für sie gibt und das alles, obwohl der Krieg bereits seit 3 Jahren zu Ende ist. Mit Randal pflegen sie offenbar einen guten Kontakt und wissen von seinen Alpträumen, die ihn nachts plagen, da er oftmals im Schlaf etwas vor sich hin murmelt, wie es scheint.
