Satoshi wohnt alleine mit seinem Vater, denn seine Mutter hat ihn verlassen als er noch jünger war. Den Verlust hat er nie so richtig überwunden. Nachdem Vater und Sohn auf sich alleine gestellt waren, entstand eine Distanz zwischen den Beiden. Satoshi hat großes Interesse an Videospielen und dem Beobachten der Sterne. Früher hat er zusammen mit seiner Mutter in den Nachthimmel geschaut und daher kommt seine Faszination für Sterne.

Er ist seit 3 Monaten der Freund von Mika - sie ist seine erste Freundin. Seine Beziehung gerät ins Stocken, denn seine Erfahrungen mit Mädchen sind gleich Null. Er ist sehr unsicher und schüchtern, den Mut, ihr seine wahren Gefühle zu gestehen geschweige ihr körperlich näher zu kommen, besitzt er nicht. Außerdem gelingt es ihm schlecht sich auf andere Personen einzulassen, deshalb fühlt er sich auch oft isoliert. Kaguya erkennt seinen Schwachpunkt und möchte ihn aus der Reserve locken. Kaguyas Methoden sind für Satoshi doch eine Spur zu direkt, aber sie helfen ihm.
