Dieser Polizeibeamte ergreift sofort den Straßenjungen Carlo, als dieser von Lillia und Treize, die sich in den Straßen von Lartika verlaufen hatten, ein bisschen Geld dafür bekommt, dass er sie zurück zu ihrem Hotel gebracht hat, da das nur noch registrierten Reiseführern erlaubt ist.
