Herr Andou ist der Immobilienmakler von Hachiko, der sie bei ihrer Suche nach einer Wohnung in Tokyo unterstützt. Der alte Herr ist ein überaus freundlicher und zuvorkommender Mann, der schon seit über 52 Jahren in dem Beruf tätig ist und auf viel Erfahrung zurückgreifen kann. Hachiko nennt ihn sogar »Veteran« der Immobilienbranche. Er schlägt den beiden Nanas vor gemeinsam das Apartment 707 zu bewohnen, da ausreichend Platz zur Verfügung wäre.
