Honoka ist eine Teilzeitangestellte in Satsuki Hyoudous Cosplay Café Maid Latte, die jedoch fast schon dauerhaft dort arbeitet. Honoka nimmt ihren Job im Café ausgesprochen ernst und zeigt immer vollen Einsatz bei Satsukis verrückten Ideen. Sie kann sich erstaunlich leicht in alle möglichen Charaktertypen hineinversetzen, um die Fetische der Café-Besucher bestmöglich zufrieden zu stellen. Anfangs mochte Honoka Misaki nicht sonderlich, und auch jetzt ist zu vermuten, dass sie Misaki eher als Konkurrentin sieht und weniger als gute Kollegin. Nicht selten klopft Honoka mächtig gemeine Sprüche, die oft auf Misaki abgezielt sind. In diesen Momenten bezeichnet Satsuki sie gern als Black Honoka.
