Shouichirou Yukimura ist Schüler an der Seika High School und Mitglied im Schülerrat. Wie fast jeder männliche Schüler hat er eine gewaltige Angst vor Misaki und ihren unkontrollierten Wutausbrüchen, aber da sie der Schule nach Jahren des Dahinvegetierens ein neues Antlitz gegeben hat, respektiert er sie als fähige Schülerratspräsidentin. Im Schülerrat übernimmt Shouichirou administrative und verwaltungstechnische Aufgaben und unterstützt Misaki so gut er kann. Leider ist er körperlich derart schwächlich und auch psychisch in einer äußerst labilen Verfassung, dass er, sobald es wieder Ärger von Misaki geben sollte, in Tränen ausbricht und schnell wie der Wind das Weite sucht.
