Misako Katakura ist die Mutter von Kippei, Reiko und Satsuki. Sie sorgt für den Haushalt und für das leibliche Wohl der Familie. Sie sagt nie sehr viel, ist jedoch, sobald es um Yuzuyu geht, sehr engagiert und freut sich immer dieser zu helfen.
