Sakura begleitet Hyde, ihren Freund aus Kindertagen, auf seinen Abenteuern und Schatzsuchen, wobei er sie aus den wirklich gefährlichen Situationen heraushält. Was seine Fähigkeiten angeht, vertraut sie ihm normalerweise vollends, aber nachdem eine Waffengefährtin schwer verletzt wird, beginnt sie sich doch auch um ihn Sorgen zu machen und offenbart ihm ihre tiefen Gefühle, die sie schon seit langem für ihn hegt.

In allen anderen Belangen reicht ihr Vertrauen in ihn aber nur so weit sie ihn noch im Blickfeld hat, denn dass er ein notorischer Schwerenöter ist, weiß sie nur allzu gut und bestraft seine Touren durch fremde Betten unverzüglich. Wenn sie vor Eifersucht kocht, kann Hyde nur hoffen, dass keine schweren Gegenstände und/oder Wurfgeschosse in der Nähe sind. Wenn sie schläft, hat Hyde jedoch gute Chancen, bei seinem Treiben unentdeckt zu bleiben, da sie schlummert wie ein Stein und selbst bei einer vorbei ziehenden Horde marodierender Drachen noch selig weiter pennen würde.
