Damian ist der Inhaber der indischen Fabrik der Poseidon Company. Dadurch ist er ein Handelspartner von Ciels Firma. Diese Beziehung möchte er zu gerne nutzen, um die Fabrik gewinnbringend an Ciel zu verkaufen. Dafür ist ihm jedes Mittel recht, so dass er auch zu unsauberen Geschäftsmethoden greift.
