Billy ist ein Kleinkrimineller, der wohl keiner bestimmten Sparte angehört, mal hier und mal da etwas macht bzw. versucht und dieses Mal offensichtlich im Tierschmuggel tätig ist. Erfolgreich scheint er nämlich nicht gerade zu sein, dagegen könnte man ihn eher als Loser par excellence bezeichnen. Erst kürzlich wurde ihm ein kleines Schweinchen (ein sehr seltenes Tier in dieser Zeit) von den Nereids abgenommen, weshalb er von anderen »Arbeitskollegen« bereits belächelt wird. Ihm gefällt das naturgemäß nicht sonderlich und sein etwas hitziges Temperament sorgt des Öfteren dafür, dass Billy eine auf die Nase bekommt.
