Tsugumi ist die süße Tochter von Herrn Kinoshita, dem Manager des Boxing Gyms, in dem Kazuki Sanada trainiert. Nach einem trainingsreichen Tag kommt Tsugumi des Öfteren in die Boxhalle und holt ihren Sanada-sensei wie sie ihn liebevoll nennt, ab, um mit ihm am Abend noch ein paar Videospiele zu spielen. Meistens sind das recht schnelle Beat'em Ups, die Sanada oftmals haushoch verliert. Obwohl Sanada noch kein vollwertiger Arzt ist, hat er Tsugumi in der Vergangenheit gegen eine Grippe behandelt, was sie ihm heute noch hoch anrechnet.
