Mia ist eine Spielfigur aus dem Spiel Ultimate Fantasy und wird somit von einem anderen Menschen gesteuert. Sie ist eine Heilerin und unterstützt durch passive magische Zaubersprüche ihre Gruppe, indem sie heilt oder auch Schutzzaubersprüche benutzt. Da die Figur Mia sehr attraktiv aussieht und zudem sehr nett ist, entwickelt Tatsuhiro Satou langsam Gefühle für sie. Zudem ist sie die Einzige, mit der er Kontakt hat, da er Angst davor hat, andere Spieler anzusprechen. Somit bilden Tatsuhiro und Mia ein Team, welche ihr Abenteuer gemeinsam bestreiten.

Hinter dem Charakter Mia steckt aber eigentlich Kaoru Yamazaki, der mit Tatsuhiro gemeinsam spielt, um ihm zu helfen. Kaoru möchte ihm nämlich die Wahrheit über das Onlinespielen näherbringen und hat sich daher als weibliche Spielerin angemeldet, um ihm zu zeigen, wie viel in einem Rollenspiel der Fantasie entspringt.
