Mika Ayanokouji ist das drittälteste Kind der Ayanokouji-Famillie und die Leiterin der Higashigetsu Fuuma Witch Academy. Die auffälligsten Merkmale an ihr sind wohl die unterschiedlich gefärbten Augen, dicht gefolgt von ihrem Zwang alles und jeden dominieren zu wollen. Insbesondere kann man das daran festmachen, dass Mikas Neid sie dazu bringt, das Band zwischen ihrem Absolute Angel Kanon und ihrer Bediensteten Himiko zerstören zu wollen, um gleichzeitig ihren Besitzanspruch auf Kanon und ihre Machtposition innerhalb der Schule zu festigen. Dabei schreckt sie auch nicht vor sadistischen Experimenten zurück, was man wiederum ihrem skrupellosen Charakter zuschreiben kann.
