Das Raumschiff mit dem Eris auf die Erde kam und damit bewegende Entwicklungen in der Weltpolitik auslöste, wird gesteuert von ihrem Hauptkontrollprogramm Rulos, das sie mittels ihrer goldenen Glocke um den Hals jederzeit aufrufen kann. Der possierliche kleine Helfer ist im Grunde das Schiff selbst und kann eigenständig Handlungen wie den Tarnmodus oder eine Fluchtaktionen vollführen. Rulos Haupteinheit sitzt im Kern des Schiffes, der ausgesprochen schwierig zu zerstören ist, eine stark ausgeprägte Schutzfunktion hat und sich notfalls unabhängig vom Rest des Schiffes bewegen kann.
