Sokaro Winters ist eine der 5 Generäle des Schwarzen Ordens.
Er trägt eine Art Eisenmaske vor und Tatöwierungen im Gesicht.
Er ist eine wahre Kämpfernatur und kämpft wie ein Berserker ohne Rücksicht auf Verluste.

Sein Innocence, seine Anti-Akuma-Waffe ist ein Ausrüstungtyp namens »Madness« (神狂い). Es ist eine Art Doppelschwert (also mit zwei Klingen an einem Schwertgriff), das er wie eine Art Bumerang einsetzen kann, jedoch weiß Sokaro auch sehr gut, sich damit im Nahkampf zu verteidigen.
