Die Masche des Bloody Hood - Gal Ghoul Geistergespannes ist es mit dem als unschuldig aussehendes, verängstigtes Mädchen verkleideten Bloody Hood Geist die Opfer in eine dunkle Gasse zu locken, damit dann Gal Ghoul ihnen das Geld klauen kann. Die beiden Geister lieben Geld und sind mit einer Schnur verbunden. Sie arbeiten gemeinsam als Team, um die Engel Panty und Stocking auszuschalten. Eine Waffe wie sein kleiner Partner benötigt Gal Ghoul nicht, da er über enorme physische Kraft verfügt. Unter anderem setzt er sein Bloody Hood Partner auch als Wurfgeschoss ein um Panty oder Stocking zu attackieren.
