Neko ist ein Wesen aus Atlantis, welches wegen seiner katzenähnlichen Form von Lily auf diesen Namen getauft wird. Neko ist flink und in der Lage Phasensprünge durchzuführen. Das macht es Hikari und Lily schwer, ihn zu fangen. Aber etwas an ihm scheint mysteriös, denn er scheint kein Avatar zu sein, sondern Teil von Atlantis.

Er offenbart Lily schließlich, dass sie seinesgleichen ist und sogar seine Tochter. Er möchte, dass sie sich von allem lossagt, was sie erlebt hat, denn nur so könne sie weiter existieren. Obwohl er sich als ihr Vater ausgibt, geht er nicht wirklich auf ihre Gefühle ein und verhält sich ziemlich rücksichtslos und überheblich.
