Monar ist ein guter Freund von Hiroyuki und begleitet auf Wunsch von ihm die Gruppe um BB Runner und Bisuke zum Schloss des bösen »The Master«. Er freundet sich schnell mit Chuun-chuun aus der Gruppe an, hält ansonsten aber eher als Versuchskaninchen her. Monar soll wohl eine Anspielung auf die mittels Shift JIS erstellte Katze sein.
