Natürlich steckt hinter dem Erscheinen der beiden Alien Mechas Femitron und Masculinus Suprise auf der Erde weit mehr, als nur ihre persönliche Fehde. Die beiden Roboter schließen sich in typischer Transformers Manier zu einem Mega-Roboter zusammen und offenbaren ihre wahre, geisterhafte Gestalt. Ihr Ziel ist es nun gegen die menschliche Rasse zu kämpfen und alles Leben auf der Erde, das nicht kybernetischen Ursprungs ist, zu vernichten. Jedoch scheint der Transformer Geist unsere beiden Streithähne Panty & Stocking ein wenig zu unterschätzen.
