Frau Yorihime, Naos Mutter, lebt allein mit ihrer Tochter nur wenige Meter von Haruka und Soras alten und neuem Zuhause entfernt und kennt die beiden Zwillingskinder noch von früher. Sie bietet wegen der alten Tage und der Erinnerung an die Arbeit von Soras und Harukas Eltern den beiden natürlich ihre Hilfe an, sollten sich irgendwelche Probleme bei ihnen ergeben. Ansonsten macht sie sich wie jede Mutter Sorgen um ihre eigene Tochter Nao, wozu sie eigentlich keinen Grund hat.
