Er ist der Bürgermeister des Landes der Magier und er ist sehr stolz auf das, was er für sein Land bisher getan hat. In völliger Euphorie kann er von den scheinbar belanglosesten Dingen erzählen, völlig gleich ob sich seine Zuhörer langweilen oder nicht.
Stets pflichtbewusst versucht er sich um das Wohlergehen seiner Bürger zu kümmern, doch auf etwas Neues kann er sich nur schwer einlassen, wie z.B. Nimyas Flugmaschine.
