Die beiden Yamada-Zwillinge sind voneinander nicht zu unterscheiden, sowohl äußerlich als auch von ihren Charakter. Gelegentlich treiben die beiden Schabernack, was sich wohl auch während der Spiele äußert, wo sie dann ihren Status als Zwilling zu Nutze machen; gerne necken sie aber auch mal die anderen und notieren sich gewisse Auffälligkeiten, die sie so mitbekommen. Als ein Mitglied des Teams aufgrund der Schule quittiert, wird der Vorschlag aufgebracht, dass sie doch einfach so tun könnten als wären sie Drillinge, was allerdings aufgrund von Schulregularien leider nicht umzusetzen ist.
