Latoura ist Kelly Layzners Freundin und sieht mit großer Sorge, dass den alten Haudegen wieder die Rastlosigkeit gepackt hat, wieder ans Steuer eines Mobile Suits zu gehen. Sie versucht verzweifelt, ihn von seinem Vorhaben abzuhalten, da sie fürchtet, dass er diesmal mehr als nur einen Arm verliert und außerdem für sie beide eine friedliche Zukunft wünscht und sie weiterhin so wie seit drei Jahren bescheiden, aber glücklich auf dem Mond leben. Sie bittet Kou, der Kelly bei der Reparatur von dessen Mobile Armor hilft, inständig, sie zu verlassen, weil er Kellys Sinneswandel noch weiter vorantreibt.
