Andy ist ,wie auch Spike, ein Kopfgeldjäger und momentan ebenfalls hinter dem bekannten Bombenleger Teddy Bomber her. Er trägt stets Cowboykleidung und sein Transportmittel ist ein Pferd, von dem er selbst in Gebäuden nicht absteigt. Aufgrund seines schwachen Erinnerungsvermögens und der eher lockeren Art kommt er Spike ständig in die Quere; was dieser ihm sehr übel nimmt und ihn am liebsten gleich mit einlochen würde.
