Hisamitsu ist ein Klassenkamerad von Ryuuji Takasu in der 2-C der High School. Meist hängt er mit Kouji Haruta zusammen - mit Ryuuji versteht er sich ebenfalls gut, da sie bereits im vorherigen Schuljahr in derselben Klasse waren. Er kann zwar manchmal ebenso ein Tunichtgut wie Kouji sein, hat aber auch eine ernsthafte, verantwortungsbewusste Seite.
