Eine der bekanntesten Stammgäste in Tom Howards Casinoanlage Howard Resort (ハワードリゾート) ist Rosa Canyon, Hollywood Star und Filmikone, die im Casino gerne ihr hart verdientes Geld verzockt. Aber Rosa ist keinesfalls spielsüchtig, viel mehr hat sie einfach Freude daran ihr Glück auf die Probe zu stellen und genießt die Gesellschaft von Rio Rollins und ihren Kolleginnen. Obwohl Rosa eine wirklich attraktive und begehrte junge Frau ist (obwohl sie dann doch nicht mehr die allerjüngste ist), hat sie gegen Rios Charme und Wirkung auf die Männerwelt im Casino absolut keine Chance, sodass Rio ihr komplett die Show stiehlt. Als wahrscheinlich einziger Gast in Howard Resort glaubt Rosa daran, dass Anya ihr Glück bringt, die eigentlich eher dafür bekannt ist wahre Katastrophen mit ihrer Tollpatschigkeit herbei zu beschwören. Übrigens hasst es Rosa alt genannt zu werden und muss für ihre Filme immer strenge Diäten einhalten, sodass ihr zusätzliche über Nacht angefallene Pfunde wahrlich die Laune verderben können.
