Dieser Autoreiv trägt den Namen Amnesia, welcher, wenn man die Funktion des Androiden kennt, nicht passender sein könnte. Seine Aufgabe, die ihm von seinem Hersteller anvertraut wurde ist die Bewahrung der Erinnerungen von Ergo Proxy. Als dieser Moskau verließ, ließ er Amnesia in der Stadt zurück und sorgte dafür, dass der Autoreiv in einem speziellen Raum auf seine Rückkehr wartet. Dieser Raum konnte nur mithilfe eines speziellen Anhängers geöffnet werden, den lediglich die Proxys besitzen.
