Gambees sind weitaus ältere Modelle, die in keinster Weise mit den Strains zu vergleichen und ihnen in allen Punkten unterlegen sind, über einen Sub-light Antrieb verfügen sie demnach auch nicht. Gambees sind sehr robuste, dafür aber auch grob motorische Mechas, ausgestattet lediglich mit Elektroschockbewaffnung und nur für den Einsatz gegen Tumors gedacht. Aufgrund ihrer geringeren Größe im Vergleich zu den Strains, können sie dagegen innerhalb von Raumschiffen eingesetzt werden. Unter normalen Umständen werden sie nur vom einfachen Fußvolk bedient.
