Leon Oswald gilt als einer der besten Trapez-Künstler überhaupt und erfährt wegen seiner waghalsigen Luft-Artistik weltweite Verehrung. Im positiven Sinne charismatisch wirkt er aber nur auf Entfernung, denn alle die näher mit ihm zu tun haben, müssen schnell erkennen, dass sich hinter dem hübschen Gesicht des Frauenschwarms ein egozentrischer Eisklotz verbirgt.

»Alles um mich herum existiert nur, um mich zufrieden zu stellen« lautet sein Motto, wobei er sogar so weit geht zu behaupten, er verachte sein Publikum. Unter Artisten ist er auch als »Sensenmann« berüchtigt, da er bisher jede seiner früheren Partnerinnen fallen ließ (manchmal im übertragenen, aber auch im wörtlichen Sinne). Sein akrobatisches Genie steht aber außer Zweifel: schwierigste Manöver turnt er auch ohne Probe mit traumwandlerischer Sicherheit.
