Kusonoki ist der Präsident des exklusiven Lyot-Klubs, der Frauen als Sklaven hält, die ihren Kunden zu allen Diensten bereit sein müssen, auch wenn es ihren Tod bedeutet und der bereits von Youji in seinen frühen Jahren als Detektiv mit seiner Partnerin Asuka untersucht wurde. Schon damals wurden dort Frauen umgebracht, nachdem sie jung als Mädchen gekauft oder entführt und anschließend eingesperrt wurden. Kusonoki sieht sich als Wohltäter der Mädchen, der ihnen großzügiger Weise Jobs verschafft. Er hat eine Affäre mit der Vizepräsidentin N. Tamami und raucht gern Zigarre.
