Der stämmige Udo Ayanokohji, den alle einfach nur Woody nennen, ist als Sylph tätig. Dabei handelt es sich um eine Art Paketdienst, wo man auf einem flugfähigen Gefährt Waren ausliefert. Anders wie man vielleicht vermuten würde, ist er eine Person, die alles andere als »stark« ist. Er fängt bei traurigen Sachen an zu weinen und wagt es nicht sich gegen seinen Freund Akatsuki aufzulehnen, weshalb dieser Woody immer ohne zu bezahlen für sich arbeiten lässt. Durch seinen Beruf hat er auch des Öfteren mit der Aria Company zu tun und begegnet so Akari nicht selten. Auffallend an ihm sind neben seiner Brille, die er immer trägt, auch sein an fast jeden Satz angehängtes »yo«. Er ist seit seiner Jugend mit Akatsuki und Al befreundet.
