Millie ist ebenfalls eine Schülerin der Saint Marguerite Academy. Neben ihren langen, blonden Haaren fällt vor allem ihre blasse Gesichtsfarbe sofort ins Auge. Dies ist auf ihre schwere Krankheit und ihren damit sehr schwachen, körperlichen Zustand zurückzuführen. Sie glaubt an die große Liebe und daran, dass sie eines Tages an der Seite ihres Traumprinzen leben wird. Aufgrund ihrer kurzen Lebenserwartung und ihrer Naivität, fällt sie relativ leicht auf die falschen Liebesbekundungen von Maxim herein, nicht ahnend, dass ihre Zweisamkeit keineswegs die erhoffte Ewigkeit andauern wird.
