Peter ist ein loyaler und sehr verlässlicher Mann, der für die Hellsing Organisation schon sehr lange arbeitet und daher höchstes Vertrauen von Integra Hellsing genießt. Auch wenn er der Kommandant der Einheiten ist, bevorzugt er es, mit seinen Männern in den Kampf zu ziehen. Das Leben seiner Männer ist ihm sehr wichtig, deswegen müssen seine entwickelten Strategien auch größere Opferzahlen verhindern können. Als Seras Victoria neu in die Hellsing Organisation kommt, ist Peter derjenige, der sich ihrer annimmt und sie trainiert. Er ist ein Mann, der von allen geschätzt und respektiert wird, weil er sich stets für das Gute einsetzt und bemüht ist, die Leben anderer Menschen zu wahren, so gut es ihm möglich ist.
