Wer hätte sie nicht gerne, eine süße kleine Schwester, die zu einem aufblickt und jederzeit alles geben würde, um ihren geliebten großen Bruder zu unterstützen. Kenji vermutlich schon, denn dummerweise entspricht Akira in keinster Weise diesem Klischee. Vielmehr sieht sie in ihrem Bruder nicht mehr als einen perversen Versager und nutzt jede sich bietende Gelegenheit um ihn so schlecht wie nur irgend möglich zu machen. Entsprechend würde sie auch nie im Leben auf den Gedanken kommen ihm im Milkyway auszuhelfen und betrachtet die Geschehnisse im Café lieber mit etwas Abstand.

Überhaupt handelt es sich bei Akira um eine sehr selbstbewusste und direkte junge Frau, die mit erstaunlich viel Scharfsinn ausgestattet ist, ihre Interessen mit allen Mitteln wahrt und schon mal ein wenig handgreiflich wird um ihrem Bruder zumindest etwas Anstand einzuprügeln. Natürlich wird man auch nie das beinahe schon obligatorische Onii-chan aus ihrem Mund vernehmen, denn Kenji spricht sie einzig mit Baka-Aniki (Baka: Dummkopf, Idiot / Aniki: großer Bruder) an und kann sich nicht einmal ansatzweise vorstellen, dass eine Frau tatsächlich ernstes Interesse an ihm zeigt, weshalb sie allzu oft eine Vergewaltigung vermutet sollte sie ihn mit einer Frau erwischen und reagiert entsprechend ungehalten.
