Pissaro ist ein Straßenkünstler in Yuusari und entweder man sieht ihn mit Feuer jonglieren und seine Zuschauer begeistern oder betrunken durch die Gegend torkeln. In zweiterem Zustand ist er dann besonders reizbar für Provokationen, vor allem, wenn es um seine Fähigkeiten als Akrobat geht.
