Cynthia ist die Jüngste und Introvertierteste unter den Dienstmädchen Hanaukyos - sie spricht nie ein Wort und verständigt sich nur durch Gesten. Eigentlich scheint sie dort gar keine Funktion zu haben. Sie ist ein fröhliches, naives Kind, das sich besonders gut mit Mariel versteht.

Sie besitzt eine gespaltene Persönlichkeit: Tagsüber lebt sie als kleines Mädchen nachträglich ihre verlorene Kindheit aus, nachts arbeitet sie unter ihrer anderen Identität Grace für Hanaukyo, wohin sie gekommen war, nachdem ihre Eltern (die versuchten, ihr geniales Kind als Star zu vermarkten) sie im Stich gelassen hatten.
